The Protection and Welfare Committee is responsible for police and fire district representation, law enforcement, traffic safety, nuisances, public health, park recreation and community programs.  Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. if a meeting is needed.  Special meetings may be held with proper notice and posting.
