In recent years, the Committee of the Whole has addressed all topics and issues under the purview of the Personnel & Finance Committee.  This committee currently meets once annually on the third Tuesday in April to choose a Chairperson.  Should any items be referred by the Committee of the Whole to the Personnel & Finance Committee, the agendas and minutes would appear here.
